Our Programs
Financial Literacy
Financial literacy is the knowledge and application of various financial skills. These may include creating a budget, understanding how credit works, and saving for retirement. Financial literacy includes understanding different financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, and creating an investment plan.

Peer Mentoring
Our Youth Mentors, learn all the financial principles and practices needed to succeed. This education will allow them to impact their generation and the generations to follow. In addition, the work experience of teaching and mentoring will give them the experience to drive their careers in the direction of their choosing.

Helping students
to be confident
about their futures.

Feeding the Hungry

Food drives are our way to meet the needs of today. We involve our friends, family and community in the fight to end hunger. We host food drives: collect canned goods and food donations. Box and bag food packages and then distribute these donations in our community and in the "tent city" areas near downtown Chicago.

Job Readiness Skills & Training
Job readiness training prepares our young jobseekers to excel in the modern-day workforce. This training covers soft skills needed for various work environments, as well as training on cloud-based business applications that are currently in high demand. We hold interview workshops that prepare youth for the hiring process. Our career assessment tools, provide young minds with a better understanding of their interests. These tools also give them career recommendations and actual job titles based on their interests.
